Question 1

What is an audit in LinkGlow?

Accepted Answer

An audit is one saved, successful analysis of one page URL at a point in time. Creating a new audit or successfully re-analyzing an existing audit consumes one audit credit; unsuccessful runs do not consume a credit.

Question 2

What is included before I upgrade?

Accepted Answer

A free account includes 50 audits per month and up to 3 monitored pages. You can start without a card and upgrade when you need more capacity.

Question 3

How does the Pro trial work?

Accepted Answer

New Pro customers receive a 14-day trial through Stripe Checkout. A payment method is required, but selecting Pro on this page does not start checkout or create a charge. Unless you cancel during the trial, the monthly or annual subscription you confirm in Stripe starts when the trial ends.

Question 4

What does Pro add?

Accepted Answer

Pro raises capacity to 200 audits per month and 8 monitored pages, with team collaboration, client-ready reports, and email support.

Question 5

Can I choose monthly or annual billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pro is US$19/month on monthly billing or US$15/month billed annually (US$180/year). In Mexico the same plans are charged in pesos with IVA included: MX$349/month or MX$3,399/year. You review the selected period again before continuing to checkout.

Question 6

Do checks of monitored pages use my monthly audits?

Accepted Answer

A check of a monitored page that has not changed is free. When the page did change, LinkGlow saves a fresh audit of it, which uses one audit from your monthly allowance. If the allowance runs out, checks pause until it resets and you are emailed, so a page is never silently unwatched.

Question 7

What happens if I cancel or downgrade?

Accepted Answer

You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you paid for. The account then moves to Free: your 3 oldest monitored pages keep running, newer ones pause and resume automatically if you upgrade again, and saved audits stay in your account. Charges for a period that has already started are not refunded; contact support if you believe you were charged in error.

Question 8

How do I get Agency access?

Accepted Answer

Agency is limited-access while we validate capacity for high-volume monitoring. Contact us with your client and monitoring needs; it is not available through self-serve checkout yet.
