Terms of Service

Last updated: July 13, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using LinkGlow, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Description of Service

LinkGlow is a web application that analyzes links found at a URL you submit. The service includes:

  • On-demand URL analysis (server-side fetch + classification)
  • Interactive glow view of the links captured from the rendered page
  • Saved audits with full link tables and snapshots
  • Scheduled monitoring with alerts on link changes
  • Placement checks and bulk audits
  • Domain groups and team workspaces

3. User Accounts

The landing-page demo works without an account. Saving audits, running scheduled monitoring, and using bulk-audit features require an account. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the service in a way that violates our rate limits or ToS
  • Use automated systems to abuse the service or circumvent quotas
  • Submit non-public URLs without authorization, bypass access controls, or analyze a URL in a way that violates applicable law or a binding contractual restriction

5. Intellectual Property

The LinkGlow name, logo, and code are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission. You retain ownership of the data you submit and the audits you create.

6. Plans, Trials, and Billing

Free and paid plans have usage limits shown in the product and on the pricing page. Selecting a plan on the pricing page does not itself create a charge. A paid subscription begins only after you explicitly confirm it in Stripe Checkout.

When a Pro trial is offered, its length and the price that follows are shown before you confirm checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe charges the selected monthly or annual subscription and the subscription renews on that cadence until canceled. Taxes, currency conversion, or card-network fees may apply where required and are shown by Stripe when available.

You can manage or cancel renewal through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, so access continues through that date. Except where law requires otherwise or LinkGlow states otherwise in writing, charges for a billing period that has already begun are non-refundable. Contact support promptly if you believe a charge was made in error.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

LinkGlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Link classifications and SEO reports are best-effort heuristics, not guarantees.

8. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of LinkGlow. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim (free accounts: $0).

9. Changes to Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We'll try to provide notice of significant changes via the changelog and, for signed-in users, via email.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
